So, let's take in the vagaries of this unknown journey and prepare to go barefoot as we rediscover ourselves and embrace who we really are. This process of purging, surrender, renewed insight and achieving wholeness within may sometimes be catalyzed by a twin flame dimension of consciousness and is not necessarily tied to externalities.

Ganesha is one of the most powerful spirits in the Hindu pantheon, representing fortune, success and destiny. The artwork is a throwback to Hindu mythological folklore which documents Ganesha's role in uniting his brother, Muruga with Valli, a South Indian Hindu Goddess who is believed to have been born from a doe. Valli, who is devoted only to Muruga, is eventually led to him by Ganesha who disguises as a wild elephant to achieve the purpose. This painting is a more imaginative representation of that mythological story, set in a contemporary Trans-Atlantic backdrop in the twenty-first century.

Although some new-age spiritualists romanticize the concept of 'twin flames', that is not necessarily so. The 'twin flame' dimension of consciousness is more an internal process of reawakening to reach one's fullest potential and emerge as one's truest self. My own fictional representation is largely symbolic of that state of being.
